CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled prior to 7 days before arrival (21 days before arrival for reservations from Dec. 24 through Jan. 2& Feb. 17-22), a $25.00 reservation fee will be deducted from deposit return.

If cancelled within 7 days (21 days for reservations Dec. 24 through Jan. 2 & Feb. 17-20) prior to arrival, deposit will be forfeited.
